Private Natural Wine Tasting

Piquenique, San Juan Islands newest winery, makes natural wines, usually sparkling, from organic fruit from the islands and nothing else. They collaborate with other farms throughout the island archipelago to re-establish fruit orchards, which were largely cut down during prohibition. Each careful planting of apple, pear, plum, quince, and grape is an intentional break with monoculture farming. COHO Restaurant First Seating

The adorable farm-to-table restaurant COHO, just steps from our hotel, offers a very special treat during April: the First Seating. Dine between 5:00pm and 6:00pm. and enjoy a soup, salad, pasta or vegetarian entrée, along with housemade ice cream for dessert, for $45. Wines are 20% off during this time as well. Earth Day

Celebrate Earth Day on the last Saturday of the month with like-minded souls. After a fun day of cleaning up our beautiful island beaches together, join in the fabulous community after-party at the San Juan Brewery complete with $1 beer for volunteers, live music and awards for the best trash.
